Nutrition plays an important role in modern life not just for people involved in exercise and sport. I am qualified in optimum and sports nutrition and am a member of the National Register Of Nutritional Therapists.
I offer free nutritional advice and planning to all my clients and often use nutritional diaries to look more closely at eating habits of clients. I also offer separate nutritional consultations to those with  more specialised needs a separate price.

Do I need to be fit to start with?     
No I cater for all fitness levels ages and sizes.   

Do I need to go to a gym or need any equipment?     
No I come to you at a time that suits you.   

What sort of exercises will I be doing?      
It depends on your goals,lifestyle, and fitness levels. Usually a mixture of cardio, resistance,core stability and stretching for overal fitness.    

How much weight will I lose?        
I recommend we aim for between 1-2lbs per week of body fat - any more cuts into your lean and lowers your metabolism.    

Do I need to go on a diet?        
No!!!!  We look at sensible, healthy and enjoyable eating plans that you can continue long term - not short term diets that don't work.
Why go to the gym when we come straight to your home.
Available at times that suit you and managed around your day.
